About Sophie

A litte about myself

My journey began in the corporate world, where I studied European Management (2013–2016) and worked as a consultant. But despite outward success, something felt missing. The fast-paced lifestyle left me searching for something deeper, something that resonated with my soul. That’s when I found Yoga. At first, it was simply a practice to balance stress and to move my body, but it soon became a powerful tool for self-exploration and healing. Yoga opened a doorway to something greater, a path back to myself. The more I practiced, the more I felt the urge to realign my life. So, I took a leap, I left my job, traveled through South America, to give myself space and time to explore what else is out there in this world. I immersed myself in new cultures, perspectives, and a Yoga teacher training that changed everything for me.

When I returned to Germany, I started teaching Yoga in 2021. Guiding others through movement and breath, I realized that my passion lay not only in Yoga but in understanding the human body and its profound ability to heal. During a Yoga therapy training, I met an inspiring osteopath who introduced me to this deeply holistic form of therapy. From that moment, I knew that I want to go this path. I began studying osteopathy in 2021 and will complete my Bachelor’s degree in 2025.

My Vision & Intention

I believe that healing and transformation begin when we truly listen to ourselves—our bodies, our breath, our inner wisdom. My vision is to create spaces where people feel safe to reconnect with themselves. Spaces where they can pause, let go of old patterns, and return to a state of balance and ease.

My intention is to bring together the teachings of yoga through mindful movement, awareness towards breath, meditation and ancient wisdoms with mindful touch, and therapeutic knowledge as an osteopath to support each person on their unique path. Through my work, I want to empower others to trust their bodies, embrace their wholeness, and discover their own inner strength.

Yoga has given me a way back to myself, and osteopathy has deepened my understanding of the body’s wisdom. Now, I share this with you—so that you, too, can experience what it means to feel truly connected, aligned, and at home within yourself.
