Every single Retreat provides us the opportunity to come closer to who we are inside, by stepping away from our daily life, routines, people and locations to let the noises from the outside become more quiet and subtle. Whether through barefoot walks, silent outdoor meditations, a swim in a lake or simply felling the wind and sun on the skin, participants can reconnect with natural world as an extentions of themselves,
