Rise & Shine Flow
I invite you to a special Sunday morning yoga class on the deck of a boat: Paula. A beautifully restored cultural ship which is located in the Rummelsburger Bucht in Friedrichshain.
Begin your Sunday with a moment of stillness, surrounded by the gentle movement of the water and the soft light of the morning: a mindful practice designed for you to treat yourself.
We’ll start with breathwork and a short meditation to awaken awareness and ground into the present moment. From there, you’ll be guided through a creative, dynamic flow designed to gently wake up the body, cultivate inner strength, and invite a sense of ease and spaciousness.
Held in the unique setting of a boat deck, this class offers a chance to deepen your yoga practice in harmony with nature. With the water beneath you and the sky above, it’s an invitation to move with more intention, listen more deeply, and connect with what’s truly essential.
Please bring your own yoga mat, wear comfortable layers, and come as you are. No previous experience is necessary, just a willingness to show up and be present.
Let this practice be your anchor and your light.
